How does the photo diagnosis work?
You send a photo. Our AI suggests the likely problem and the fixed price in seconds, and an on-duty technician confirms it before anyone is booked.
Is the AI always right?
It is a first opinion. A technician confirms it, and nothing is charged until the job is done. If a photo isn't enough, a diagnostic visit costs AED 99 and is taken off the job.
Will I see what the parts cost?
Yes. Your technician uploads the supplier bill for every part, with before and after photos, and you see them in your job report.
How fast can you come?
